Commander of the 1108th Theater Aviation Sustainment Maintenance Group (TASMG), US Army National Guard
The US Army National Guard operates four TASMGs around the United States tasked with ensuring their H-60 fleet is always maintained at, or above, fleet availability expectations. In recent years, there has been a requirement to increase the fleet availability and reduce the cost of performing maintenance. You’ll learn how TASMG has implemented Critical Chain Project Management and the results of their implementation.

F-18 IPT Lead Fleet Readiness Center Southeast, US Navy
As the F-18 Legacy Hornet Fleet ages, the demands on maintenance and engineering have dramatically increased. You will learn how identifying the overall system constraint and applying Critical Chain has helped increase the throughput of F-18 legacy Hornets in maintenance.
