Our story began when Dr. Eli Goldratt published Critical Chain in 1998, describing in detail the inefficiencies caused by 'fixed' schedules when the reality is continuously  changing. His technique of intelligently placing time-buffers in project plans was the breakthrough we needed for creating 'flexible' day-to-day schedules and achieving real-time synchronization in projects.

Since then we have developed a complete system to manage projects with 'flexible' schedules. 200+ organizations have implemented it to complete their projects 20-50% faster, and realize more than $0.5 Billion in additional cash and profits.
