Realization began as an enterprise software company. However by 2004 the company management realized that what blocks organizations from getting results is not lack of software or training; but an inability to engineer and effect change.
A survey of the enterprise consulting market revealed that the existing providers are not equipped to implement Execution Management. They mostly provide flowery recommendations, or at best they can reengineer transaction-level processes such as processing PO’s and invoices. There are a few boutique consultants, who specialize in Theory of Constraints and Critical Chain, but they are good at teaching concepts rather than applying them; they are also too small to serve the needs of large organizations.
Therefore, we made a strategic decision to provide implementation services for large implementations, while developing partners for smaller implementations.
