Position: Project Manager

Job Description:

As a Project Manager at Realization, you are responsible for getting our clients the promised results, and for managing the implementation of Execution Management System and processes from beginning to end. The job requires 70-80% travel. Key responsibilities are:
  • Change Management including obtaining the required buy-in’s at various levels of management and identifying and removing obstacles, and coaching managers in execution management. This involves conducting workshops for senior managers
  • Solution Design (project and resource model, and management processes)
  • Directing Solution Setup (creating project plans, documenting management processes defining detailed roles and responsibilities)
  • Project Management (managing client and Realization resources across multiple projects to perform implementation tasks in a timely and quality manner)
  • Mentoring Realization's implementers

Qualifications / Skills:

  • BS or MS in Industrial Engineering / Operations Research / Operations Management, or similar disciplines with strong academic credentials
  • 5 to 7 years experience as an operations or project manager
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion and problem-solving skills
  • Strong aptitude for software (must be software savvy)
  • Experience / knowledge of Critical Chain principles / Theory of Constraints is a plus

Position: Implementer

Job Description:

As a Realization Implementer, you are responsible for performing the tasks assigned to you by Project Manager in a timely and quality manner. The job requires 70-80% travel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Solution Setup (creating project plans, performing schedule analysis, documenting management processes, defining detailed roles and responsibilities)
  • Progress Reporting (providing semi-weekly updates to Project Manager on project progress)
  • Software Training and Coaching for all users, and for clients’ internal trainers

Qualifications / Skills:

  • BS in Industrial Engineering / Operations Research / Operations Management, or similar disciplines with strong academic credentials
  • 2 to 3 years experience in manufacturing, construction or engineering operations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong aptitude for software (must be software savvy)

Position: Engagement Director

Job Description:

Engagement Director is a pivotal role in Realization. An ED leads the “solution sale” phase of the overall sales campaign; manages business development executives; and advises the Project Manager who is in charge of the delivery. Responsibilities include:

  • Business and Operations Analysis (to assess the feasibility of implementing) Realization’s “Execution Management System” and calculate associated ROI
  • Change Management including achieving buy-in’s at various levels of senior managers, through workshops and 1:1 discussions
  • Implementation Audits to ensure that implementations are on track and identify course corrections
  • Opportunity Identification for follow on sales

ED’s undergo a one year development program that involves participating in and leading an implementation.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • An MBA with an undergraduate degree in a technical or engineering field
  • 3 to 5 years work experience, in operations or projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
  • Must have instincts to drive the “solution sale” phase toward revenue generation

Position: Sales Executive

Job Description:

As a Realization Sales Executive, you are responsible for selling Realization’s Execution Management System to senior executives in charge of Engineer-To-Order (ETO) manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Qualifying prospective customers (leads generated through inbound and outbound marketing efforts as well as through your own network and our customer base)
  • Generating strong interest in our offering by demonstrating how our solution will help our customers increase their top and bottom lines
  • Signing up prospects to follow Realization’s engagement model – a structured process to create buy-in of key managers and close deals
  • Working with your manager to create account strategies and call plans, and then executing them
  • Collaborating with and coordinating internal as well as customer resources required to move the sale forward to closure
  • Getting the paperwork associated with customer contracts done
  • Closing $0.7M-$1M deals at the rate of 1 deal every two months

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations or a related field
  • Five years of successful track record in selling B2B solutions to senior operational executives (e.g.: Supply Chain Managers, Plant Managers, VP Operations, and VP Engineering). Experience selling in the Engineer-To-Order market preferred
  • Experience selling large fixed-price engagements (approx. 1M)
  • Ability to prioritize accounts and activities and simultaneously manage up to six accounts in various stages of the sales cycle
  • Excellent understanding of business, and of the linkage between business and operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – at executive as well as middle management levels
  • 60-80% travel required

Position: Business Development Executive

Job Description:

As a Realization Business Development Executive, you are responsible for generating business interest in Realization’s Execution Management System. Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead generation from inbound and outbound calls
  • Create and implement lead generation strategy aligned with company’s vertical markets
  • Develop and execute business development methods and strategies as needed
  • Work closely with field sales to ensure effective account coverage and transition
  • Identify and profile customers as well as identify new markets
  • Involvement in the overall sales initiatives and objectives

Qualifications / Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience in inside sales or business development capacity
  • Must exhibit excellent business candor and communication skills
  • BA Degree in Business, Management, or related field is preferred
  • Ability to thoroughly investigate customer needs
  • Must be comfortable with autonomy and self direction
  • Must be able to work in a high call environment
