Realization's Project Flow Software Helps
Spain's JAE Deliver Products On Time and Under Budget SILICON VALLEY - February 26, 2004 - Realization Technologies today announced that JAE of Spain, a major automotive sealing system parts supplier, is relying on its Project Flow software to cut production time and consistently meet promised product delivery dates. "After implementing Realization's Project Flow software, JAE has cut project cycle times down from six months to an average of three," reports Manuel Rodriguez of Madrid-based Constraints Management Group (CMG), which installed the software. "At any given time, JAE has about 15 projects in execution, so this represents substantial savings and opportunity for the company." Realization developed Project Flow software to eliminate bottlenecks and increase the flow of projects in multi-project operations. Realization's Project Flow software schedules projects based on the most limiting resources. It then assigns buffers in places where they can do the most good. Finally, it measures flow and prioritizes project tasks accordingly. "Bottlenecks are a direct result of uncertainties, multiple projects and limited resources. And conventional software only makes bottlenecks worse by automating the wrong rules," asserts Sanjeev Gupta, Realization CEO. "It's time to realize that the problem isn't project managers or people. The problem is bottlenecks that stop projects from flowing." A wide range of projects-based organizations are using Project Flow to do more projects faster and finish them on target. Realization has endorsements from VP's of Engineering, VP's of Operations and senior officials in the U.S. military. About Realization Technologies, Inc. For more information, contact: Tom Brigham
