Training Workshops
Certification validates your understanding and experience in execution management based on the Critical Chain method and practices. It elevates the status of certificate holders, both within their own organizations and within the Critical Chain/TOC execution management community.
Our certification program provides various paths and goals that allow you to achieve what you need at your own pace. All completed training will be awarded Continuous Professional Education (CPE) units, which can be accumulated for obtaining advanced levels of certification. One hour of a learning session corresponds to one CPE unit.

Notes:
1. Workshops can be conducted at the client’s site, or off-site at our headquarters.
2. A training room with computers, flip chart and whiteboard are required for most workshops.
3. A maximum of 10 people is recommended for each workshop.
